MSc researcher application of genomic surveillance methods to identify airborne fungal diseases in agriculture

MSc researcher who will work with us on a project focusing on the application of genomic surveillance methods to identify air-borne fungal diseases in agriculture, using Oxford Nanopore sequencing. Ideally looking for someone with skills in both molecular biology and bioinformatics, but training opportunities will be available to strengthen either of these areas. Link to the opening:
