Scientist, Pathogen Ecology and Control - Plant & Food Research

As a minimum you will have a PhD in plant pathology, with experience in plant mycology and/or bacteriology and its application in applied plant pathology research, including relevant publications. You will also be skilled in the collection, analysis and reporting of scientific data and the application of molecular tools to plant pathology research. Flexibility to work on different pathogen/crop host combinations, a full New Zealand driver's licence and a willingness to travel to field research sites will be essential.
